Exercise has been proven to reduce stress and puts you in the perfect position to address your personal concerns with me in coaching. I offer you a special format with coaching to-go: We discuss your concerns outside while walking - to-go!
Use nature as an additional resource and gain distance from your everyday life so that you can deal with your concerns in a relaxed state.
With coaching to-go, I support you in making progress on your personal path.

  • Can coaching help me? Is coaching right for me?

    There is no general answer to this. We would be happy to clarify whether coaching can help you with your personal concerns in a non-binding and free conversation. What is important, however, is that in the case of mental illnesses, coaching can, under certain circumstances, make a helpful contribution as a supplement to therapy, but can never be viewed as a replacement.

  • What happens next after contacting us?

    We will arrange an appointment for a non-binding and free conversation in which you have the opportunity to get to know me, tell me your concerns and talk to me about whether coaching is right for you and which format best suits you and your situation .

  • How does coaching work?

    Regardless of the format, coaching always starts with an initial conversation in which we focus on your personal concerns and the objectives of the coaching. In the next sessions we will work together to implement concrete changes. As a rule, in each session we develop “experiments” that you test after the session and that support you in actively shaping your change and moving forward.

  • How long does coaching take?

    The duration of a coaching process depends on the complexity of your issue. 3-5 sessions are often enough to implement concrete changes. However, there are also larger topics for which longer support makes sense (e.g. support when starting out as a manager) and smaller issues (e.g. support in decision-making situations) that can also be usefully dealt with in 1-2 sessions.

  • How long does a coaching session last?

    The duration of a session depends on the format. Online coaching usually lasts 60 minutes. Depending on the agreement and location, hiking coaching sessions can last between one and three hours.

  • What formats are there in coaching?

    When it comes to coaching, I primarily offer online coaching and hiking coaching (without any sporting requirements).

  • Where do hiking coaching take place?

    We will determine this together. In and around Frankfurt and in Central Hesse (Giessen area) there are some beautiful paths that are well suited for this.

  • What formats are there in training?

    I also prefer to offer training outside and in motion as well as in interactive online formats. Of course, training courses can also be offered on your company premises.

  • How much does coaching cost?

    There are different prices – depending on the format and scope of the package. Fair pricing is important to me, so I also take your individual situation into account.
